Real estate is a regulated profession in Ontario, so all salespersons and brokers must be registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). The Real Estate Salesperson Program, is your first step towards becoming a real estate professional in Ontario. The Real Estate Salesperson Program has been designed for your success. You can apply and start your coursework at any point during the year, without the commitment of a full-time, semester-based program.
The Real Estate Salesperson Program features practical simulation sessions that allow learners to apply their knowledge to real-life scenarios in a safe environment. Hosted in a structured and interactive environment, requiring mandatory attendance, learners receive coaching and support from facilitators who are industry experts.
Developed by a team of experienced real estate professionals along with experts in learning and development, these sessions are a response to an industry ask that new salespeople have hands-on, real-world experience even before they enter the profession.
The Real Estate Salesperson Program consists of a combination of mandatory eLearning courses, theory examinations and simulation sessions. Mirroring the flow of a real estate transaction, the program weaves in key legal elements while giving learners a mix of theory and practical knowledge. This will better enable new registrants to navigate a real estate transaction on behalf of buyers and sellers from day one. The program’s structure and intensive learning opportunities will raise the bar and deliver to RECO’s vision for learners to be practice-ready on day one.
The Real Estate Salesperson Program learning path is comprised of three steps. The first step is the Pre-Registration Phase. Step two involves registration with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). You become eligible to register with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) after the successful completion of the Pre-Registration Phase. Once you are registered with RECO you can start trading in real estate. You must complete the Post-Registration Phase to be eligible to renew your registration at the end of your initial two-year registration cycle with RECO.

Humber dealt with the pandemic situation in a decent way, like by giving students supermarket gift cards and giving extra video time with professors to make sure everyone got the material down pat. Before the pandemic I did a year on campus. The facilities are top-of-the-line. The instructors are absolutely experts. I really liked the students and campus vibes. You will graduate from this program knowing how to work in a professional kitchen. No doubt about that. It must overall be one of if not the best culinary program in Toronto. I am wishing future students good luck!

This program about much more than learning how to make film. It's about collaboration and storytelling. You will learn writing and liberal arts and business. It's a competitive program and not everyone makes it to graduation. You will be pushed to make films from scratch and have your work critiqued. It won't be good, not at first, but with effort and guidance you will develop a real skill for this. In second year I found my passion for documentary and worked with a small crew of students. Stressful, long hours in the studio basement, but it will make you better. In 3rd year we got bigger budgets, bigger crews and better scripts. Everything just scaled. This is definitely one of the best film programs in Canada and I'm happy to see it on this list!
