Organizations with women leaders in senior management are more profitable and successful. Yet few organizations achieve the benefits associated with gender equity. The old business models do not identify and develop women for succession planning pipelines. This women’s leadership program is designed to help women develop an action plan for personal and organizational development that builds on their unique strengths and opportunities as leaders.

Drawing from research and best practices, as well as stories from successful women, this women’s leadership program will help participants identify the obstacles in their own workplace and increase their knowledge, skills and understanding of what it takes to be successful as a women leader. The result will benefit not only women, but all leaders and organizational stakeholders.

What You’ll Learn

  • Recognize and address the impact of COVID on women at work.
  • Engage people across the gender spectrum to create a work environment that works for everyone.
  • Maximize the learning strategies of networking, coaching and mentoring to achieve success.
  • Leverage the benefits of diversity and inclusion as a leader.
  • Strategize and plan for action with a dose of reality while not waiting for the perfect plan.
  • Make effective decisions under pressure and manage crises.

This leadership development training program for women has been designed specifically for those currently in mid-management from any sector who aspire to lead in senior management positions. Participants will benefit from guest speakers who will share stories, experiences, and perspectives, including successful women at the CEO and C-suite level, and a male executive sponsor of women leaders plus sponsored female.
