I found McMaster's MBA program very much depended on the people around you, as a cohort, or in group projects and case studies.

The school is really known for problem based learning, which is entirely dependant on groups of people working together to come to a solution.

We didn't have as many traditional exams as other programs, instead focusing on meeting goals in a learning contract which was signed by the students and professor at the beginning of the semester. This would act as our outline for the term and provide us with insight as to what to expect.

I’ve always wanted to complete my MBA, but I wasn’t sure what was the ideal time. When DeGroote announced the Blended Learning Part-time MBA I was immediately interested, even though I was pregnant with my first child. I knew that the mix of in-class and online learning was perfect for my busy life. Now, as I enjoy life as a new mom, I’m working towards my MBA without missing any precious family time. It’s a great program for anyone looking to balance their life while working towards their career goals.
