Centennial College and the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI) jointly offer a Certificate in Leadership and Inclusion. This four-course program lets you examine local and global trends in today’s workplace, the impact of diversity on organizational culture, and successful leadership strategies and practices that promote inclusion and diversity. You will assess your roles as a leader, enhance your awareness of yourself and others, and build the leadership skills that are necessary for you to create an inclusive environment in a modern organization.
