The Agile Project Management course will be based on PMI’s Agile Certified Practitioner Handbook, PMI’s Agile Practice Guide, and Agile Methodology based on “Scrum”. Course participants will be able recognize the tools and techniques for Agile, and be able to apply them in projects by performing Agile Methodology based on Scrum. This introductory course is expected to provide a strong foundation towards leading and delivering Agile based projects.
