Coaching Program equips high-potential, culturally diverse executives and senior leaders, Indigenous Peoples and leaders of diverse teams with powerful insights, tools and strategies to skillfully advance their careers to the next level, while firmly grounding their value in the organization’s bottom line.
Why does B.O.L.D. work? This diversity training in the workplace program extends your organizational competitive advantage in developing and retaining a robust pipeline of leadership talent. B.O.L.D. acts as a catalyst to enhance the capacity and elevate the impact of diverse leaders. You will experience a high-engagement, dynamic approach to managing diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The program design enables the leader’s immediate, on-the-job application and engagement, with the designated employer-sponsor, to support organizational change management. The content focuses on innovation and the integration of the talent learnings and shared experiences to enhance individual, team and organizational dynamics and synergies.
