Prospective fire fighters will gain valuable, hands on-experience in on-campus labs, simulated and controlled live fire training exercises which take place with the City of Greater Sudbury Fire Services, and participate in fitness tests to ensure they are up for anything the world of fire fighting can throw at them.
As this program falls within the School of Emergency Services, Cambrian College specifies that students are expected to possess a combination of courage, quick thinking, compassion, and dedication.
