Private Mortgage Course

The Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association (CMBA)’s Accredited Private Mortgages Course provides active mortgage agents in Ontario with the knowledge and skills they need to effectively transact with Private Lenders. This course is accredited by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) and adheres to the Mortgage Broker Regulators Council of Canada (MBRCC) accreditation standards.

Participants must successfully pass the final examination by achieving at least a 70 percent score out of 50 multiple choice questions. Results are provided within three business days.
