The Rotman School of Management Women in Leadership program is designed to support women in overcoming internalized and systemic barriers that can impact career advancement and leadership confidence. Delivered online over six weeks, the program explores the historical and cultural influences that have shaped women’s experiences in the workplace while helping participants build a stronger sense of leadership identity. Through guided reflection and evidence-based learning, participants are encouraged to better understand their motivations, challenge limiting beliefs, and strengthen their leadership presence.

Throughout the program, participants develop practical skills in communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict management while also addressing challenges such as imposter syndrome and workplace bias. The experience supports the creation of a personalized leadership vision and plan, helping participants align their goals with their values and aspirations. By engaging with research-informed content and a diverse network of peers, participants are better equipped to lead inclusive teams, navigate professional challenges, and build fulfilling leadership careers.

This program is designed for current and aspiring leaders who identify as women or non-binary, as well as professionals of any gender interested in creating a more gender-inclusive work environment.
