Robertson College’s Online Business Administration – Event Planning and Hospitality Diploma Program equips students with essential business and administrative skills, alongside specialized training in event planning and hospitality management. This dynamic program prepares learners to organize and execute a wide range of events—from corporate functions to weddings and festivals—by covering key areas such as event coordination, hospitality sales and marketing, digital marketing fundamentals, and vendor contract management. Students also develop strong communication and customer service abilities, as well as technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ensuring they are well-rounded and job-ready upon graduation.

Licensed under Alberta’s Private Vocational Training Act (PVTA) and Manitoba’s Private Vocational Institutions Act (PVIA), the program offers a well-rounded curriculum that includes courses such as Administrative Office Procedures, Business Communications, Introduction to Human Resources, and Organizational Behavior. With targeted training in both general business practices and industry-specific subjects like Wedding Planning and Hospitality Sales & Marketing, graduates are well-prepared to launch a meaningful career in the hospitality and events industry, making a tangible impact in their communities.
