Founder and licensed consultant Sharmila Perera established Ann Arbour as an immigration and foreign talent recruitment agency after immigrating to Canada in 2001, and now serves clients across Asia, the United Arab Emirates, North and South America, Morocco, France, Mauritius, and Tunisia.
