triOS College’s Paralegal program offers a 60-week, career-focused pathway into the legal profession, providing students with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a dynamic legal environment. The program is designed to give learners a strong foundation in key areas of law, including tribunal practice, residential landlord and tenant law, civil litigation in Small Claims Court, administrative law, and evidence and litigation processes. With a combination of instructor-led training and hands-on assignments, students develop critical research, legal drafting, and professional skills that prepare them for success in law offices, corporate legal departments, and government agencies.

Accredited by the Law Society of Ontario (LSO), the program also equips graduates with the tools and knowledge necessary to pursue the Paralegal Licensing Program, including proficiency in industry-standard legal software such as Clio and Automated Civil Litigation (ACL3). With this comprehensive training, graduates are well-prepared to provide competent legal support and contribute effectively to the legal profession.

An 8-week optional internship allows students to gain practical, real-world experience, enhancing their readiness for employment and giving them a competitive edge in the job market.
