Courses in this program are based on the Human Resource Professionals Association (HRPA) competency framework and meet the academic requirements for the HRPA designation. Interested in taking this program on a part-time basis? It’s possible to complete this program while still working full-time and fulfilling your other commitments.

As someone without any previous experience with programming, I think this program gave me a very solid foundation. I am still in my second year, but when I look back and see all the things that I learned in such a short period of time, I feel very proud of myself.
I cannot think of a better program option for me. However, it does mean this program is perfect. There are some courses that you will learn some outdated knowledge, but even though you can still take advantage of a portion of that. And it is an exception; overall, all the courses will teach valid and updated concepts.
