The University of Prince Edward Island’s Master of Education in Leadership in Learning Master’s degree offers students the opportunity to become leaders. Graduates become beacons in the classroom, boardroom, government, healthcare, and more as they use their new skills to educate and influence others.
This program is designed to provide learners who have experience educating in any field with the tools necessary for them to be educational leaders, with instructors and programming that promote and support educational research. Depending on the area of focus, students may be able to learn entirely online, such as the 21st Century Teaching and Learning focus, while the Global Perspectives focus is taught entirely on campus.
Learners will be able to choose between various areas of focus, including Global Perspectives, 21st Century Teaching and Learning, College Education, or Additional Designation in Inclusive Education.
All students who enroll in a Masters of Education program at UPEI are full-time.
Admission Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree from an approved university with an average of at least 70 per cent in the last 20 courses.
- At least two years of education work experience.
