EWA.1G Commercial Air Transport Pilot – CPL Helicopter

Select Aviation College’s EWA.1G Commercial Air Transport Pilot – CPL Helicopter program offers helicopter enthusiasts the experience of a lifetime. In addition to all the academic benefits of a college program (765 hours of theory), the program also includes 135 hours of total flight time. The flying period consists of six hours on a turbine helicopter, a survival experience in the forest and a night flight rating.

All flights in this program are performed on Robinson R44 helicopters, and the turbine rating on Bell 505.

Finally, this program’s aviation English and job preparation courses will help students to stand out in their first job interviews.

In addition to the College evaluations, PPHEL and CPHEL Transport Canada written exams must be passed. At the end of this training, pilots will have obtained licenses and ratings: PPL, CPL, Night, and Turbine rating.
