It provides an immersive and experiential learning environment focused on strategy, leadership, and management best practices, supporting participants as they address complex challenges in policy development, program planning, and organizational leadership. The program brings together public-sector leaders from across jurisdictions in Canada, creating a unique opportunity for cross-government learning and collaboration.
