St. Lawrence College’s User Experience Design (UX Design) graduate certificate program is designed for individuals with a diploma or degree who are eager to pursue a career in the dynamic field of UX design. UX designers work closely with target audiences (users) to gather and analyze data that informs the development of technology, products, and services. The goal is to ensure these solutions are not only functional and enjoyable to use but also align with the strategic objectives of businesses and organizations.
This program prepares students to collaborate with clients across various industries to achieve key business goals. It provides comprehensive training in critical areas such as research, facilitation, presentation, business analysis, project management, information architecture, usability assessment, and visualization.
