Vancouver Island University’s Master of Education in Educational Leadership program offers educators the chance to bring their career to a new level. Designed for those practicing and aspiring professionals in the education field, the program is enriched with methods, faculty, and teachings that provide a strong foundation for the future of educators in British Columbia.

Offered with both in person and online components, learners can find methods that work best for them and learn while they work, or commit to full-time on campus study. Graduates from this program often go on to find leadership positions, often internationally. Learners can choose from three formats for time, with a full-time, part-time, and laddering option available. Laddering means students can complete the program and move into the Educational Leadership Master’s program as well.

  • Two current, confidential assessment reports.
  • English Language Proficiency test if necessary.
