This program focuses on strengthening your capacity, confidence and competencies to lead with accountability, influence and integrity in today’s complex environment.

Discover your skills and aptitudes as a leader and explore the current themes and skills associated with leadership today. Strengthen capacities, from leading yourself first to leading with influence in experiential and applied courses that are available both in-person and online.

Learners experience a deep exploration of personal strengths and values as they harness their ability to communicate more effectively, build strong teams, and view leadership through a lens of social justice. The courses are taught by experienced faculty who are innovative leaders and practitioners in the field.
