Traditional Chinese Medicine with Acupuncture

The Traditional Chinese Medicine with Acupuncture course is to help students to master the basic skills of acupuncture. The course enables students to safely use acupuncture to help patients as a registered massage therapy (RMT).

In this course, students will learn the basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and familiarize themselves with some commonly used Acupoints in the clinic. This course also allows students to master Acupuncture skills. After completing this course, students will have the ability to use acupuncture as an RMT, to help clients with their health.

Students will learn to provide safe and effective TCM acupuncture services to clients. They will master the basic theories of TCM, knowledge, and skills of TCM diagnosis, and master TCM’s understanding of diseases to choose the correct treatment method.
