Humber’s Adobe InDesign course is focused on page layout principles and introducing digital publishing tools in Adobe InDesign. Through practical exercises, students will become familiar with how simple print pieces such as postcards, flyers, and posters are designed and prepared for digital and print production. In addition to learning how to work with the tools in InDesign, students will also put into practice fundamental layout design techniques such as visual hierarchy and typography.

This course can be taken as a stand-alone micro-credential or stacked as part of the Graphic Design Certificate of Completion.

Learners will receive a digital badge upon successful completion of the micro-credential.

I recently took the Introduction to Artificial Intelligence for Digital Marketers and Communications program at Humber Polytechnic and found it really practical and easy to follow. It breaks down AI concepts in a way that actually makes sense for marketers, without getting overly technical.

I liked that we focused on real-world tools and use cases — from content creation to analytics — and how to apply AI strategically rather than just chasing trends. It’s a great starting point for anyone in marketing or communications who wants to understand how AI can fit into their day-to-day work.
