This short program from the Justice Institute of British Columbia is designed for those who have already established themselves in the counselling and psychotherapy fields.

Learners will experience two three-day courses, both of which are expertly designed to improve students abilities in clinical supervision and awareness of intra-personal and interpersonal processes. The second course focuses on ethics, standards, and limits that are imposed in clinical practices. Both courses include an orientation and pre-reading package, which is provided prior to the first day of the program.

Admission Requirements

  • Graduate degree, or equivalent.
  • Five years of counselling experience.
  • Counselling or similar designation.
  • Desire to support others in their work.

  • Insights about effective clinical supervision.
