The Business Administration and Management Diploma at triOS College is designed for individuals looking to step into leadership roles and succeed in today’s fast-paced business environment. Completed in 41 weeks, the program offers a flexible schedule with half-day classes four days a week, making it easier for students to balance their education with work and personal commitments. Students build a strong foundation in core business areas such as management, marketing, human resources, and business law, while also developing essential digital skills using tools like Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Sage 50 to prepare for a wide range of professional settings.

In addition to technical training, the program emphasizes leadership, communication, and collaboration, helping students develop the confidence to lead teams and adapt in diverse workplaces. Through courses in project coordination, organizational behaviour, branding, and digital marketing, students gain practical, results-driven experience that supports both career advancement and entrepreneurial goals. With further training in financial operations, employment law, and workplace dynamics, graduates are well-equipped to manage people, processes, and business growth in a variety of industries.

An 8-week internship option is available.
