Business, Entrepreneurship, Administration, and Management (BEAM)

The Business, Entrepreneurship, Administration, and Management (BEAM) program at triOS College is designed to help learners build the confidence and skill set needed to thrive in today’s competitive business landscape. Over 57 weeks, students begin with essential training in communication, digital literacy, and professional development before progressing into core areas such as accounting, financial software, entrepreneurship, human resources, project planning, and management. The program supports those looking to launch a business, advance their career, or develop the strategic mindset required to lead effectively.

By exploring digital strategy and marketing, students learn how to build brands, connect with customers, and drive meaningful results online. The program also includes two career-focused courses emphasizing job search skills, resume development, and interview preparation.

A 200-hour (12-week) internship option offers valuable hands-on experience, helping students apply what they’ve learned in a real business environment and build professional connections. Through this comprehensive approach, the BEAM program empowers learners to turn their ambitions into real opportunities.

Admission Requirements

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
