The 41-week Business, Entrepreneurship, and Management (BEM) diploma at triOS College provides students with a practical and comprehensive introduction to the business world. Learners begin by developing essential workplace skills in communication, career preparation, and digital literacy before progressing into accounting, project coordination, financial strategy, and customer service. This well-rounded foundation equips students to understand how successful operations run and how strong client relationships support long-term growth.

Entrepreneurship remains central throughout the program, with students exploring how to spot opportunities, build business plans, and apply effective marketing strategies to turn ideas into action. Integrated career services—including support with resumes, LinkedIn profiles, interview techniques, and job search strategies—ensure students are ready for the workforce.

An 8-week internship provides valuable hands-on experience and industry connections, empowering graduates to manage, lead, or launch a business with confidence.
