Change Management Series

Knowing how to initiate, lead, and manage successful change initiatives is vital to organizations and key to being a successful manager. Leaders must act quickly, manage anxiety and resistance, share decision-making, and communicate with transparency, all while leading others.

Through a set of three three-day workshops, learners will examine the key concepts and unique skills required in the role of the change agent, both as a leader and as a participant.

This series is designed for professionals in entry to mid-level management who are change agents within their organizations. Students may come from a wide range of employment sectors, including private, governmental, and educational organizations.
