Pro Nails

The Pro Nails program at Blanche Macdonald Centre immerses students in the creative and professional world of nail artistry. Over six months of hands-on training, students develop a strong foundation in nail anatomy, physiology, and the latest natural and artificial nail techniques. The program covers manicures, pedicures, specialty treatments, acrylics, gels, and intricate nail art, all while emphasizing hygiene, professional conduct, and presentation. Students explore both traditional and cutting-edge approaches to nail design, learning to balance creativity with technical skill in a professional setting.

Beyond technical mastery, the program equips students with the tools to build a successful career in the nail industry. Training includes client communication, customer service, and strategies for creating a loyal client base. Students also gain entrepreneurial skills such as curating a signature service menu, self-branding, marketing, retailing fundamentals, and industry networking. By combining artistic expression with business acumen, graduates are prepared to launch their careers as professional nail artists, ready to thrive in a competitive and dynamic industry.

Admission Requirements

• Completion of Grade 11 or 19 years of age at the start of program.
