Airhart Aviation’s Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) program is unique as students may choose to complete their CPL training primarily on Seaplane or Landplane, or a mixture of both.
The CPL process is very similar to the PPL – pilots will gain more in-depth knowledge and are held to a higher standard in the training.
The hours and training requirements are also a lot more involved than with the Private Pilot Licence. Pilots will need a minimum of 200 hours’ flight time. Like the PPL, there are requirements within these requirements. The PPL hours will count towards the 200 required hours.
Extra Fees include aviation medical, online ground school, English proficiency testing (if required), licence fees and exams.
The scheduling and length of training is based on availability and subject to change.

I'm almost finished my PPL with Air-Hart. They have been wonderful and so accommodating. My overall goal was to learn to fly on floats and here was an outfit that that would not only train me for my private license but would do it using a float plane...
