Graduate Certificate in Change Management

The Graduate Certificate in Change Management helps students develop successful change management initiatives. They’ll gain an understanding of the processes and methods that help them plan towards strategic goals. Students will also gain skills, strategies, and expertise to help them carry out those plans.

The curriculum includes learning about change from a whole systems perspective, developing a holistic approach to organizational change, exploration of the ideas of influence and how they affect organizational culture. Students also learn about tools that can help keep everyone on the same page as they work towards organizational change. Equipped with this graduate-level expertise, learners will be prepared to guide organizations as they navigate successful transformations.

This program begins with two weeks of online learning leading to a five-day virtual residency. The program concludes with a final three-day virtual residency. During residencies, students can expect to participate approximately 5-7 hours daily in synchronous classes and spend additional time on individual and teamwork assignments.

Upon successful completion of, graduates will have skills in change leadership and facilitation, engagement and communication, change measurement and evaluation, and innovation and entrepreneurship, and prepared to lead and manage change across industries and sectors.
