The Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) program is designed to elevate insurance professionals into leadership roles. It consists of five courses focused on strategic, business, and leadership skills, followed by a capstone project. The program is flexible, delivered online, and aims to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, equipping students to navigate complex industry challenges.

Upon completion, graduates are prepared for senior management positions in the P&C insurance sector.

Admission Requirements

  • The candidate holds an undergraduate degree and is currently working in the insurance industry, or has five years of experience and an ACIP qualification.
  • They are seeking to expand their knowledge and expertise in property and casualty (P&C) insurance within the Canadian context.
  • They are prepared to engage in critical thinking, creatively address industry challenges, and apply business theory in practical insurance settings through research and project work.
