Laval University offers students a comprehensive education in the civil engineering. Students will learn about design, construction, operation, and proper maintenance of infrastructure while exploring material strength, soil mechanics, hydraulics, geotechnical engineering, and more.

Learners get to choose from either a general path or choose one of three concentrations offered at Laval: environment and water resources, urban infrastructure, or structures and geotechnics. Each specialization includes specific courses based on the material at hand.

Students will also undergo a paid internship, with the option of completing up to three internships to explore as much of the profession as they can.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preparatory studies program on campus.
