The 25-week Office Administrative Assistant program at triOS College equips students with the organizational, communication, and technical skills needed to thrive in today’s workplaces. Learners begin with essential training in digital literacy, career planning, and professional communication, then progress into hands-on practice with key Microsoft Office applications—including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. They also build a strong foundation in accounting fundamentals through practical experience with QuickBooks and Sage 50, gaining the confidence to support bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting tasks.
Beyond technical proficiency, the program strengthens students’ interpersonal abilities through focused training in customer service, client relations, workplace diversity, and professional etiquette. Personalized career support—including resume development, LinkedIn guidance, and job search coaching—helps students transition smoothly into employment.
