Thompson Rivers University’s Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) program is a nationally accredited degree designed to prepare students for professional practice in the diverse and evolving field of social work. The program builds on students’ prior education and experiences while fostering a strong foundation in social justice, equity, and interdependence. It is shaped by a commitment to honouring the socio-cultural and geopolitical context of its learning environment, including respect for the Secwépemc Nation and Indigenous ways of knowing, being, and doing.
