Laurentian University’s Master of Health Administration (MHA) is a fully online graduate program designed to develop strong leadership and management competencies for healthcare professionals working across Canada. Offered through a partnership between the graduate Nursing and MBA programs, it supports a diverse range of students, including nurses and other healthcare providers transitioning into administrative and leadership roles. The program is intentionally designed to be accessible to learners in urban, rural, and remote communities, with a strong emphasis on Northern, rural, and Indigenous health perspectives.
Students engage in a comprehensive curriculum that explores healthcare systems in Canada through historical, political, regulatory, cultural, and ethical lenses. The program encourages critical reflection on personal and professional values while strengthening analytical and decision-making skills in healthcare leadership. Indigenous health administration content is embedded throughout the coursework, ensuring graduates develop culturally informed and socially responsible approaches to practice. With a blend of theory and applied learning culminating in a capstone project, the program prepares graduates to lead effectively within diverse healthcare organizations and contribute to meaningful improvements in health outcomes.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing offered completely remotely offered in French and recognized in Quebec and Canada. The teachers in this program are very present and available to support the students. When you are admitted, write to the person responsible for schedules, tell them when you want to finish your bacc and how many courses per session and they will plan an action plan for you. Very easy to follow and plenty of space available in the classes, we don't have to log in at 11:59 p.m. to reserve our place in a class. I recommend !!!
