Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business Commercial Real Estate Certificate provides a comprehensive understanding of the interconnected roles and processes involved in commercial real estate. Developed with the Jonathan Wener Centre for Real Estate and the Urban Development Institute of Quebec, the program explores finance, real estate law, development, urban planning, lending, valuation, and ESG considerations.
Participants develop the knowledge and analytical skills needed to work effectively with developers, lawyers, lenders, planners, and other industry stakeholders.
