This course, led by some of the brightest and most accomplished people in corporate Canada, will explore how to progress as a leader, layered with additional insight into particular challenges and opportunities faced by women.

Expect expert advice on analyzing organizational context and leadership style, working with different leadership styles, and leveraging emotional intelligence to become a top-performing executive who gets the most out of teams.

Participants will learn and apply concrete strategies, practical approaches, and proven frameworks for developing effective leadership skills alongside the confidence to address challenges and advance in leadership roles.

Participants will share and learn from their collective experiences in today’s evolving business landscape. They will engage with peers from across a range of industries and gain insights from The Globe and Mail leaders in interactive sessions that build both competence and confidence in leadership.
