Coding BootCamp

The rigorous UNB Coding BootCamp curriculum is delivered through high-quality coursework and live, online classes led by instructors who are fully vetted by the university. All instructors are assessed for not only their experience in the field but also their ability to successfully communicate coding concepts to learners in an online environment. Instructors are dedicated to delivering a quality curriculum and enhancing the experience of their learners; they also offer 1-on-1 guidance throughout the program.

The University of New Brunswick is known as an innovator in STEM. The coding boot camp is no different. The intensive boot camp will prepare students to build end-to-end web applications and become full-stack web developers.

This part-time program is designed for working adults, students, and busy professionals. It combines flexible online content with live virtual classes held outside of business hours. The Coding BootCamp is offered through the University of New Brunswick’s partnership with edX.

What You’ll Learn

• Browser-based technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery)
• Databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
• Server-side development (Express.js, React.js and Node.js)
• Quality assurance and deployment (unit testing, linting, continuous integration)
