In Western University’s Positive Psychology program, students will learn that positive psychology is the science of well-being.

Students explore scientifically based methods to develop their own positive emotions, behaviours, and character strengths.  Using the simple and practical approaches from this course, students can learn to create a better life.

I completed my BSc in Environmental Science at Western University in 2022. I enjoyed the program, as it provided a lot of flexibility to tailor my degree to my interests. While the large student and faculty body could be overwhelming, I was able to connect with multiple professors to conduct research in my undergraduate program. The broad range of research programs at Western allowed me to seek out opportunities that fit my professional goals and interests.

I also participated in the Western Science Internship Program, in which I conducted two 8-month placements. The internship team at Western were very helpful in finding positions and developing resume/cover letter/interview skills.
