The Computer Support Technician diploma program at Robertson College equips students with the skills needed for careers in IT support through hands-on training in troubleshooting, customer service, and network maintenance. The curriculum covers essential topics such as hardware and software installation, network configuration, cybersecurity fundamentals, and IT support best practices. Students also gain practical experience through a three-week full-time practicum, preparing them for roles such as Help Desk Technician, IT Support Specialist, and Technical Support Representative. The program provides training in handling technical inquiries, diagnosing issues, and guiding customers through problem resolution.

Student Reviews (2)
My son has been a student for an online course for 3 months now and is having the hardest time getting help with his issues.
No instructors have bothered to reach out to him and help explain his struggles.
He is very confused with the mater...
This is a great program based on the NAPRA Competencies and CPTEA outcomes. Great instructors, lots of flexibility and easy going atmosphere for learning that still pushes you the ways you need to be challenged.
