For 170 years, the University of New Brunswick has been producing some of Canada’s top engineers. UNB’s Civil Engineering program offers a fully thought out program in the design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure that society relies on.

Learners will engage in curriculum covering key areas such as structural, geotechnical, construction, materials, environmental, hydrotechnical, and transportation engineering. Students will be prepared for many options in civil engineering, thanks to several integrated specializations that will lead to a fulfilling career.

Students will be able to choose from construction, geotechnical, materials, structural, transportation, and water and environmental as their areas of expertise. Co-ops and work terms give students at UNB real-world work experience, the chance to try new things, and confirm their learning choices.

Admission Requirements

  • High School Diploma with minimum average of 75 percent.
  • University English, Math, Chemistry, and Physics.

Just finished the online MBA at UNB and I’d say it was totally worth it. The flexibility was a huge win — I could juggle work and classes without losing my mind. Profs were super helpful and responsive, and the content felt relevant, not just textbook stuff.
Only thing is, networking isn’t as easy online, and you’ll need to be self-motivated to stay on track. But if you’re looking for a solid, flexible MBA that won’t break the bank, UNB’s a great option.
