Brantford Flying Club’s Private Pilot Licence flight training program is geared towards those looking to learn to fly for fun or want to take flight training at an individualized pace. Students will learn about Canadian Aviation regulations, aerodynamics and theory of flight, meteorology, airframes, engines and systems, flight instruments, radio & electronic theory, navigation, flight operations, and licensing requirements.
Included in the Private Pilot Licence program are ground school, thirty hours dual instruction, fifteen hours solo instruction, twenty hours of pre/post flight briefings, course materials, and exam fees.
Admission Requirements
- Minimum age of 17 years.
The scheduling and length of training is based on availability and subject to change.
