DZ (Automatic) License Training

The DZ (Automatic) License Training at Modern Training Ontario equips students with the skills and knowledge required to meet all Ministry of Transportation requirements for an Ontario Class DZ License. This 22-hour program combines one-on-one in-truck instruction with comprehensive training on a D-class vehicle with automatic transmission. Students gain hands-on experience with air brake operation, pre-trip inspections, in-cab control checks, and safe backing procedures to build confidence and competence behind the wheel.

In addition to practical driving skills, the program emphasizes over-the-road driving practices and thorough preparation for the MTO road test. The curriculum includes a 12-hour Ontario Air Brake Endorsement, ensuring students understand critical safety procedures and compliance standards. Graduates of this training program are prepared to operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently, positioning them for success in professional driving careers across Ontario.

• MTO Medical.
• Minimum of G License or equivalent.
