Designed for personal enrichment, the course equips students with the foundational skills needed to create professional-looking cakes and cupcakes for all occasions—from whimsical birthday treats to elegant wedding designs.
Participants will learn to use proper decorating tools and master a variety of techniques, including working with different types of icing, piping designs, floral decorations, inscriptions, and skills in gum paste and fondant. With a strong focus on creativity and practical experience, students leave the course with both the confidence and capability to bring their cake decorating visions to life.
Admission Requirements
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent.
- Some manual dexterity is required for the use of sharp tools.
