The program was one of the best professional decisions I've made. I especially enjoyed learning about change management, healthcare ethics, and how to use data to improve patient outcomes and organizational performance. The assignments were practical rather than just theoretical, so I was able to bring new ideas back to my workplace throughout the program. The support from faculty was excellent, and the degree has given me the confidence to pursue senior leadership roles in healthcare.

This program exceeded my expectations. It gave me a much stronger understanding of healthcare policy, organizational leadership, and financial decision-making in healthcare. I also enjoyed working with classmates who came from different healthcare backgrounds, which made discussions interesting and practical. The flexibility of the program allowed me to continue working full-time while earning my degree, and I graduated feeling much more prepared for management opportunities.
