Ivey Leadership Program

The Ivey Business School Ivey Leadership Program is designed for rising leaders making the transition from managing teams to leading within complex organizations. It helps participants broaden their perspective from day-to-day execution to a more strategic, organization-wide view, while strengthening the interpersonal and leadership capabilities needed to drive long-term impact.
