Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec’s Advanced Culinary Arts program is designed for kitchen professionals. This high-level training is offered as a work-study program that allows students to acquire the skills necessary to quickly climb the ranks of the gastronomy industry.

One of a kind, this program will lead students to learn with passionate teachers, at the top of their game, while working with exceptional products and state-of-the-art equipment. Students will develop their creativity and participate in workshops with renowned chefs.

Students in the Superior Kitchen program complete a 3-month internship in France, in a Michelin-starred establishment or Relais & Châteaux and earn a Certificate of Professional Specialization (ASP) in Market Cooking from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, and ITHQ Signature Certificate in Superior Cuisine.
