Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Yorkville University’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) prepares students to become Registered Nurses through an accelerated, experiential education designed for modern healthcare. The program can be completed in as few as 2.5 years, beginning with a fully online first year delivered through eight-week MOD modules before progressing to in-person, hands-on learning. Students develop clinical judgement, critical-thinking skills, and confidence while exploring health and illness, patient assessment, evidence-based care, and nursing practice across the lifespan.

Through simulation, laboratory learning, and 964 hours of practicum experience, students gain practical preparation for complex healthcare situations and the NCLEX-RN exam. The program develops professional nurses who can demonstrate leadership, contribute to case management, promote health, and provide compassionate care across diverse healthcare settings. Graduates can pursue opportunities in clinical practice, administration, nursing education, leadership, and other nursing-related fields.
