Business Administration and Management

Eastern College’s Business Administration and Management program provides students with a comprehensive foundation in the skills, strategies, and confidence needed to bring business ideas to life. The 49-week diploma blends practical application with theoretical learning, beginning with core courses in business communication, digital literacy, and professional development. These fundamentals help learners build strong workplace competencies before progressing into specialized areas of study.

Throughout the program, students explore management, leadership, marketing, digital business strategies, human resources, business law, and financial management. They gain hands-on experience with financial analysis, accounting software, and database management, preparing them to support and lead a wide range of business functions. An 8-week internship allows students to apply their learning in a real organizational setting, graduating with practical experience and the confidence to contribute effectively in today’s dynamic business environment.

• Grade 12 or equivalent or meets criteria for Mature Student Status.
