Eastern College’s Business, Entrepreneurship, Administration, and Management program equips learners with the practical skills, confidence, and guidance needed to navigate today’s business landscape. Over 65 weeks, students build a strong foundation in business communication, digital literacy, and professional development, followed by hands-on financial management training in QuickBooks and Sage 50. Courses in entrepreneurship, HR, project planning, business law, and organizational behaviour deepen their understanding of how to lead, manage, and grow within a business environment.

Modern marketing and digital strategy training ensures students are prepared to engage customers, build brands, and understand consumer behaviour. Throughout the program, learners receive career-focused support to strengthen their job readiness, from resume building to interview preparation. A 200-hour internship provides real-world experience and professional connections, helping graduates move confidently into administrative, operational, or management roles—or take meaningful steps toward launching a business of their own.
