George Brown’s three-year Construction Engineering Technology advanced diploma program provides a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry. Throughout the program, students gain expertise in key areas such as construction methods and materials, estimating, construction law, contracts, and bidding, as well as project management and control. The first four semesters are shared with the two-year Construction Engineering Technician diploma program, offering a foundational knowledge that builds on core principles. In Semesters 5 and 6, the curriculum broadens to prepare learners for a wider range of career opportunities within the construction sector.

This advanced diploma equips students for roles with greater responsibility and accountability in fields like construction planning, project management, site supervision, estimating, budget and bid preparation, sustainable building practices, and engineering studies.
